MasterDetails Modal list is messy w/ AJAX

Hi Guys,

I am using Classic 2.7.3, as I have observed the list in MasterDetail modal is messy when using ajax.
If I set the Ajax to false the list is okay but I wanna hide the Add New Entry button.
