menu permission roles

Hi! Can you give generate access permissions to the menu by roles?

@willvin I activated access control, however, I got to the following question.
I have two users, one with an administrator role and the other with a user role.

The problem is when the registration with the user role decides to change his profile, the option to change the role is available, so the user can become an administrator.

How to make this option available only to the administrator?
