Custom JS and CSS including Code snippets are not working

I am currently using a trial version of PHPRAD Classic.
I tried customizing the CSS and Code Event snippets but no effect at all.
Is the trial version has a limited features only?

I thought it was a full featured 30 days trial version.
But for the paid license this custom JS, CSS and code snippets will work 100%?
Thanks for the answer, coz I am willing to get a license and hope will not encounter the same problem again.

Really? I thought it is not working for trial version.
Anyways, thank you very much.
There might be a problem with what I am doing.
