Dear Team,
We have added SMTP setting for smtp.gmail.com host with port 587 and its working on localhost but having issue with production on live site.

@dssworld‍ if your email settings work on localhost then the issue is not with phprad, but your server having issues sending mails through google. Please make sure that you have configured your Gmail to allow your server to send mails through it, thanks.

@dssworld‍ you can do that in helpers/Mailer.php on line 8.
Replace

Code: [Select]

protected $smtp_secure = 'ssl';  // can be ssl or tls

with this

Code: [Select]

protected $smtp_secure = 'tls';  // can be ssl or tls
