Out of memory while saving file 160 Mb

Hi, i'm working on a big project with trial version of phprad classic i like it and i've plan to buy it on trial period expire.
Since this moring

... today when i try to save my project phprad say "Out of memory" and the file .ppm is very big (160 Mb).
I am very sad and frustrated after three weeks of work, fortunately I have backups but also when i restore it (90 mb) when I make a change the project becomes 160 mb.
