.htaccess problem on Linux

What could be the problem with the basic generated .htaccess file: if my app is running Xampp under Windows and work perfect, but I see a blank page when using Linux?
Nobody has encountered this problem yet?

The minimal version is PHP 5.4?

According to this https://phprad.com/info/download, the minimal version is PHP 5.3, but the recommended is 7.2 .
