Failed to start

Hello. I just purchase a PHPRad license, so I downloaded the trial version and intall it. But I have two problems :
1 - When I start PHPRad after installation I get a error message ( see screen shot )
2 - I cant see where I must insert my license code

Can anyone help me ? Thank you.

It its the same issue on first install and exec allow to enter the serial but next start of the phprad classic shows that error and there is no other place to set the serial for pay users.

So same problem here.

Hi there! The unique solution i was encountered is restore windows a one point before install PHPRad.
