Uncaught PDOException: SQLSTATE[08006] [7] invalid port number: "utf8"

When using a postgresql database I get the following error Fatal error: Uncaught PDOException: SQLSTATE[08006] [7] invalid port number: "utf8 when previewing the project.
Any help will be appreciated

Can you share the screenshots of how the project database connection settings are set?
