PHPRAD TROUBLE ON UPLOADING, EDITING AND DELETING FILE

Hi, I'm the new user and recently i made an application with PHPRAD, unfortunately when the application have finished, PHPRAD seems to be frail. I dint know if the trouble is coming from the application or the server. But, for whoever experience the same thing as what i experienced, here is the trouble I'm going to ask :

1. The process for uploading the file is slow, sometimes it stuck.
2. The uploaded file cannot be edited/updated (occasionally working but sometimes it doesn't work properly)
3. The uploaded file also cannot be deleted (occasionally working but sometimes it doesn't work properly)

PHPRAD is a great application to help people hosting a website, i do appreciate this application because of the ease on editing the website without so many coding. But do i really need to buy the standard or the enterprise version for eliminating this issue. I really wish somebody could help us. Any helping responses will be very valuable for us.
