List View (Grid) - Column Sorting - Not sorting

Sortable = True
Cannot get "Joe" at the top/first

There was a problem during the uploading of PHPRAD20210214_ColumnSort.png.
The upload directory is full. Please contact an administrator about this problem.

Sorting works if/when: Page AJAX = False
