@arun‍ Phprad supports multi-level menu, all you have to do to activate it, is to drag a menu onto another from the Project Menu in phprad. if you are talking of the design and look of the example you sent, then to create that, you will have to edit your PHP file after generating it for production and apply the menu style to it.
