No connection established please make sure that your MySQL

I am having No connection established please make sure that your MySQL when creating a new project. Please assist if you have idea of resolving it.

@ejechik‍ it means your MySQL server is not up and running and if you are using a remote MySQL server then it could also mean the remote server is rejecting the connection as it has been configured to reject the remote connection by default. With the second, you will have to contact your hosting provider to resolve the issue for you.
