Import Error 403 on List Page (v2.7.3)

Dear Support,

I would like to report a possible bug.

An error "HTTP 403 Forbidden" occurs after importing ANY csv files. You can download the relevant files so you can simulate the issue. I hope this can be sorted out. Thanks!
