New user email registration

Hello,

Using PHPRad Studio Classic Edition. Version 2.4.7 on Windows 10

I've populated the SMTP Settings, with Username, Password, SMTP host and Email Server Port, but I didn't get any error message and it said an email has been sent to the user. However checking my account, nothing arrived. I am familiar with SMTP, so could you tell me what I am missing or has not configured ? Maybe there should be a simple test button there to check.

SMTP and php mail does not work on localhost.
