Hi,

Please can you republish your project in another directory and see if that will solve the problem.
Also if can share the steps you took in getting the problem., it will help us to understand and fix the problem.

Thanks for your support.

HI All

I fixed this first error ... but I noticed several errors to follow ...

Come on ...

I was then able to run the application (phprad menu.png).

It was then that I noticed that the suggested Application Paths in the menus do not point correctly to the folder (phprad right path.PNG).

So when I corrected the path in hand, I realized that the generated page also has problems (error on page.PNG).

Honestly the tool is not good and I would like to return it and get my money back.

good, so I see the company that produces this tool is not caring about the opinions and claims of who paid for your product.

 They leave us talking to themselves.

 They should at least justify themselves in front of a post like these.  Or give some satisfaction ...

This problem did not occur because of the directory. So much so that the first stage has run but we have MANY problems here. I bought the tool, I will be without support?

Any news about how to solve/bypass it?

This error occurs with PHPRad Studio Classic in version 2.6.4. Solution: enable the "allow users to register" option in the "Authentication" Tab. Bug detected  ;)

Good to see this still has not been fixed. Using VUE JS version and nothing is getting save to config.php.

I  have to comment out all these lines:

// __userdefinedid
   // __userdefinedusername
   // __userdefinedemail
   // __userdefinedphoto
   // __userdefinedrole
// __cloudinaryconfig

Then I get Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'IndexController' not found.

Sucks too, because I really wanted to buy this, but I have spent way to long trying to figure this out. No way am I going to buy this if it is that buggy.

@mhartwig‍ please use the classic version as the Vue version has been confirmed to have some bugs and it is way behind the classic version in features.
