Form Wizard PHPRad 2.5.8.2

The Form Wizard Has problems sending data to the database and moving on to the next step

Step 1 - Welcome
Step 2 - Add register, send and save.
Step 3 - Add register, No send and No save

and so with the other steps

without making any modification in the tables, only txt to write

This only happens in the edition that I showed since the classic did not happen.

but, in the classic Default value does not work

The new release (2.6 and 2.4) has fixed this bug. Please download and try again.
