I don't think there is any direct way of doing it. Neither in PHPRad nor in any other similar applications I have used so far. Only way to achieve what you are looking for is by writing jQuery code.

I think you have to make a data view from your tables with sql code SELECT PRODUCT, QTY, PRICE, QTY * PRICE AS SUBTOTAL, FROM PRODUCTS .... and make a page for that particular query / view,
