Problem uploading an image

Hi,

I'm new to PHPRad Classic and have the problem that I'cant upload a photo, a very narrow input filed is displayed without the ability to select/drag&drop an image into it. This problem exists on localhost, Chrome and Edge, however it works correctly on my Android phone using chrome.

I'm really confused as to what is going on.

Problem Solved... an error in a javascript code sniplet can cause all kinds of weird behaviour.
