i get this error massage when i start the program

@kmerzouk‍ what version of windows are you running phprad on and what were you trying to do when you got the error?

I'm running Windows 10, the problem started when I was creating fields in my table, since then any time i start the program i have the same error, I hardly can use the program now, mostly everything triggers the error.

@kmerzouk‍ please do a clean install of the phprad app.
