How to use "Insert Field" under Mail Send

I'm trying to add a field data in an email.
It's adding like {{ data.userid}} which will literally add the text "{{ data.userid}}" in the email.

I want the actual data to be added. Ex. if userid is 0, "0" text should be in the email
