Submenu dropdown Style

Hello,

Usually when I create sub menu under Main menu, it appears by popups by right side. But I need the sub menu show by drop-down style.
How can I make sub menu by drop-down style ?

Im also looking for this..
Sub-Menu on rightside is really not professional style. :-)
