No it was created with PHPRAD Classic 2.6.0.

I tried publishing in another folder and it didn't work either.  Here's an image.  Notice at the bottom it says "view-action-was-not-found-in-AccountController".

It's not unchecked.  Even tried publishing to a different directory.

This issue has been fixed as version 2.6.2
