When using the country quick list, one of the countries text breaks the code
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'Ivoire' (T_STRING), expecting ')' in app\views\partials\index\register.php on line 288

The country name Cote D'Ivoire and Lao People's Democratic Republic uses a special character reserved for PHP. you Either delete the country from the list, rename them or remove the character ' from the names.

Example:
Lao Peoples Democratic Republic
Cote D Ivoire
