Dev and Live Environment

Hi Guys

Just looking for a bit advice on how to manage a development environment and a live environment. What is best practice and how do you deal with phprad in the middle?

Hi,
i work with 3 set.
1: the project generate by phprad (locally)
2: the project modified by hands (wich is at the start a copy of the 1) when i need to modify, add code... (locally)
3: the online one (wich is a copy of the 2 )
