i have just create my first app with phprad but not working on website

i have just create my first app with phprad but not working on website.
Its working on my local computer. but after upload on website it is not working.

e.g  .www.mywordpress.com/app
when i run this app  frist page is appear then i click on table it go to  to my wordpress .

i have lemp web site with working wordpress site.
need help which i configration is required.
