update another table after delete

hello guys how can i update another table field  to 1 after delete using code_no not id?

example i have two tables table1 and table2 which is join using code_no

in table 2 i have a field name field 1

scenario: in field 1 i want to delete code_no  1 then after delete i want to update table2 fieldname1 to 1
