Error exporting PDF with special characters and Sortable=True

Good afternoon, I appreciate your help in the following error: I had problems with the handling of characters in the Spanish language. I made the changes described in the link https://phprad.com/forum/index.php?topic=743.msg2510#msg2510 to fix the export to PDF and Word of texts with characters such as ñ.
That worked well. However, when in the List Page I mark any field as Sortable = True, when exporting to PDF it gives me the error that I attach. If I put the Sortable=False, the export is fine. If in a project I do not apply the changes described in the link, the export works fine with Sortable = True or False. I verified that the changes had been well done and I don't know what might be happening. Maybe it could be a bug.
