Warning message when sortable is true

Hi,
When i turn the sortable to true i have the following warning message:

Warning: array_merge(): Argument #1 is not an array in C:\...\Functions.php on line 916

after I migrated my server started to give this error as well.

Were you able to find a solution?

Line 916:  $allqet = array_merge($get, $newqs);

I think it's something with the PHP ini file.

P.S. i cannot upload a photo.. I'm having the following error:

There was a problem during the uploading of Capture.PNG.
The upload directory is full. Please contact an administrator about this problem.
