colen Problem in Countries Drop Down List

where we use countries Select Drop Down we got the error
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'Ivoire' (T_STRING), expecting ',' or ')' in C:\xampp\htdocs\royalinformatics\app\views\partials\members\add.php on line 329
Actually we have to remove two ' from the add.php countries list thats are
at line 329 = Cote D'Ivoire
at line 349 = Lao People's Democratic Republic
