Redundancy Check

Helo, in the add page i try to use a wizard control but when drop down the add page shows me a message "Cannot render subview in its page".

I follow the steps like this post https://phprad.com/forum/index.php?topic=37.msg104#msg104, but i cannt agree the add page.

I'm trying dupplicate the addpage but when shows only show the second page twice.
