Question for List page (Select Checkbox)

Hi,
if i select on, more or all records, an additional Button appears, where i can delete the seleted records.
1) where i can modify the displayed text "Delete selected"?
2) do i find this property in the page setup?
3) can i add another button to do something with the selected records? where i can find the id's?

i want to add a screenshot, but the Upload directory is full  :o
