Reset Password

I'm having trouble resetting my password.
I would like to have the e-mail for resetting done at localhost.

I'm using XAMPP on localhost

Hostinger SMTP server.
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.hostinger.com.br
Port: 587
With SSL / TLS and STARTTLS port (secure).

Can anybody help me?
I am using PHPRad Classic.
Speaking of which, which version would be the correct one to use?
