LOOKUP which returns two field

Hi all.

Assume you have two employees with identical names, and you want to call one of them from another table.

How do u do in phprad?

Phpmaker has this and easy to attach another field such as Employee Number alongside Employee Name

Join the tables in list view

I Just want those field in "ADD NEW PAGE" not in LIST VIEW and its seems like joining is not possible in "ADD NEW".
