Publishing in production

I am testing PHPRAD.  I am trying to publish a project in a internet hosting, but PHPRAD continues publishing in the local site. I switched PublishToProduction = True.
In SiteAddr I put   http://subdomain.domain.com but It doesn´t work.

@ccortes‍ you need to locate your project root directory, zip the contents there and upload them to your hosting server and unzip them there.

I have similar issue, but I have unzipped the files onto my server folder and even tried to edit config.php. I get 500 Internal Server Error ... when I tried to execute through the browser. I can't figure out right now what am leaving out.
