Which version is better

Hi All,
I am brand new to PHPRAD and have this question: Vue vs Classic
Which version is better? Which do you recommend?

Both are good, I love classic more. If you want to use Vue as your javascript framework then Phprad Vue is what you need, but if you want to use jquery as your javascript framework, then Phprad classic is what you are looking for.
