strange behavior of the master / detail forms

hi guys hope you can help me with this strange behavior of the master / detail forms. I have one of these with select type fields in the master and in the detail, on the other hand the detail is a dynamic table type, with the possibility of adding records. The issue is that when I enter the data in the master and then I go to detail and I want to add a new record, the select fields inevitably lose their content. It should be clarified that this only happens when the select fields have their Ajax property set to true. Thanks for now, I await comments.
