Purchase refund

Hi all,

YLast week I pay'd $50 using my credit card to buy a Standard Mini Licence.

In the Purchase page here, it said "After completing payment, you will receive an email with your Product Key. The email should arrive 10-15 minutes after purchase." but I have never received the mail(not in the spam folder either).

I did however receive a registration key in your chat so i could activate the software, but this is not the way I like things to work, so could yopu please refund me my purchase.
