DATE Calendar pop up format need change english to spanish

Hi , i need change the format of window calendar pop up on a date field (I formated to spanish d-m-Y on the custom code) but when i need input one from the calendar appear JUNE-2019 and the result on field is JUNE 10 2019.- Need use spanish notarized, i have my windows computer keyb and standard all in spanish, the windows calendar pop up remain in english.
Where can i modify the pop up calendar to put it in Spanish?
Can you help me with this?, thanks in advance.

I need date set to Australian Format which is the same ... DD:MM:YY
