App logouts unexpectally

App logouts unexpectedly

After enabled the authentication, my app logout unexpectedly and if I try to login again it shows me a blank page.

If I open another browser window in private mode, it will work for a while, but the problem persists.

Why is it happens?

The app is not supposed to behave that way unless a custom code has been added to your app ad it is affecting it in some way. Or two, your browser cookie is being cleared by an external app.
