User Record Management

I am trying to create a blog. I have two Tables in my database, users and posts now now i want users to only edit posts the own. I have see the user control Management but dont know how to go about it. Please help.

Please Watch All The 9 Tutorials and You will Be able to Accomplish it . Keep it In mind that This community is not Right Place to Learn Basics of Programming and Coding. You must have experience with Application Development.
